Herts Vox Pops Project
The Vox Pop project is a new and exciting way of encouraging local people to have their say about issues that are important to them. Residents talk on camera about what it's like to live in the area and their views are published on a website.

Stansted Explained - Uttlesford DC's Consultation Webcasts
The expansion of Stansted Aiport is a major and extremely controversial issue.The council have set up a special website to ensure residents can voice their opinions and follow the decision making process. Planning meetings are being webcast live and archived to ensure transparency and accessibility. The dedicated community website also features blogs, eMeetings and podcasts.

Campaign Creator launch event
Campaign Creator, a pilot project by Bristol City Council, designed to encourage civic participation and community action was launched with an interactive webcast of an event entitled Activists and Authorities in the 21st Century. The event used voting keypads and the issues discussed sparked energetic debate.
Woolwich: The case for Crossrail
Greenwich Borough Council have produced a video, which stresses the case for bringing Crossrail to Woolwich. Locals are interviewed about the issue and the Council is now asking for feedback online.
Newham - sign language and foreign language videos.
London Borough of Newham have produced videos with British Sign Language interpretation giving advice about using their AdviceLine. The video player halso as information in foreign languages such as Somali and Albanian.
